　　A restaurant at Alton Towers brings a new meaning to fast food – as meals travel to diners via a 400m rollercoaster.

　　英国奥尔顿塔主题公园的一家餐厅给快餐赋予了新的含义—食物将通过一个400米长的“过山车”上桌。

　　The UK's first Rollercoaster Restaurant allows customers at the theme park to watch their dinner tackle two gravity-defying loop-the-loops, before dropping eight metres down to their table.

　　在英国的首家“过山车”餐厅里，主题公园的顾客能够见证自己的饭菜经过两个脱离地心引力的滚翻，然后从八米高处落到他们的餐桌上。

　　Each dish is placed at the top of the ride by chefs, and travels a whopping 400m, at speeds faster than Mo Farah when he won his Olympic Gold medal. To ensure the dishes are up to the task, they have been tested extensively in order to check they can withstand the force.

　　The restaurant also offers a premium dining experience in the evening for guests staying at the on-site hotels. Gill Riley at Alton Towers said:”The new Rollercoaster Restaurant will offer guests a unique dining experience that they can't find anywhere else in the UK.”

　　”The intricate network of loops and spiralling tracks is an incredible spectacle and we feel that the new restaurant is an attraction in itself.”

　　”Each diner will enjoy a full 360 dining experience at one of the 13 tables and will get to select from the brand new menu of family favourites – including the Big Bowl of Lemon Meringue Mess!”
