　　Speaking at the Daily Mirror's Pride of Britain Awards after receiving a Lifetime Achievement award, Professor Hawking joked: “I deal with tough, mathematical, complex questions every day but please don't ask me to help with Brexit .”

　　日前，在由《镜报》发起的“英国骄傲奖”颁奖典礼上，霍金获得终身成就奖。在发表获奖感言时，他调侃道：“我每天都在解决复杂的数学难题，英国脱欧的事情我实在是帮不上忙。”

　　Hawking also revealed his prediction for the future – a robot world where our children battle climate change .

　　霍金还预测未来将会是一个到处都是机器人的世界，孩子们也将迎来气候变化的硬仗。

　　”They have many things to look forward to such as the development of robots, driverless cars and computers that will win every game you play.

　　他说道：“有很多值得孩子们期待的东西，比如机器人、无人驾驶汽车，还有无论玩什么游戏都会赢过你的电脑。”

　　However, Professor Hawking, who has inspired millions all over the world with his battle against motor neurone disease, also warned that our children face a challenging future.

　　霍金教授与运动神经元疾病抗争的故事激励了全世界千百万人，同时他也预言：孩子们将会面临一个充满挑战的世界。

　　He said: “They will also face many challenges such as climate change and the effect that this will have on the world. I am sure the next generation will rise to these challenges.”
